DIRECTORS

34.	The number of Directors (exclusive of the Managing Director) shall be not less than six nor more than fifteen.
35.	No one shall be eligible for appointment or re-appointment as a Director unless he is a director of or employed in a senior capacity by a Member or by an Associate of that Member.
36.	The Directors (other than the Managing Director) shall not be entitled to be paid their expenses for travelling to and from meetings of the Directors or Committees of the Directors or General Meetings of the Association or any other expenses incurred by them in or about the performance of their duties as Directors.
