We are The Offshore Pollution Liability Association Limited

We exist to provide an orderly means for the expeditious settlement of claims arising out of an escape or discharge of oil from offshore operations and to provide assurance that those operating oil and gas exploration and production facilities in the UKCS and the territorial waters of other designated states have the financial means to meet remediation costs and compensate those who suffer damage in an offshore environmental incident.
